Our engineering department has more than 20 product and mold design designers with rich professional experience for more than 15 years , We are using international advanced CAD/CAM/CAE design and prcessing integration system, effective carrying product analysis(DFM), mold flow analysis & mold structure analysis. During the design stage, we already focus on injection cycle time, mold life, and easier mold maintenance. We also established a standard library for the components, such as DME, HASCO, MISUMI, Parker, Harting, Moldmaster, Yudo, Synventive, etc. We will keep improving working efficiency to meet customer requirements.
Mold Manufacture

At present, AAA MOULD has built 3 pad printing lines, 2 assembly lines, and 1 automatic silk screen printing line in the clean workshop.
